The Rat Genome Database is a searchable database of rat genetic, genomic, phenotype, and disease data.

The database provides information on genes, function, strains, diseases, phenotypes and models, information on phenotypes and traits linked to the genome and pathways. In addition to rat data, it provides to the corresponding human and mouse data for cross-species comparisons. Instructional videos facilitate easy use of the resource
