Europhenome
Europhenome Moused Phenotyping Resource is a sophisticated database of phenotypic data from over 500 mouse mutant lines.
This resource enables users to view the phenotypes associated with individual genes, to search for individual phenotypes, to obtain the phenotypical profiles of inbred strains or view images of mutant phenotypes compared to inbred strains. The Ontology Tree viewer allows users to search for phenotypes which have specific abnormalities
Europhenome was developed by the EUMORPHIA consortium (http://eumorphia.publicwebserver3.har.mrc.ac.uk/index.html), a grouping of 18 research institutes in 8 European countries who are experts in the field of mouse functional genomics and phenotyping. There are no copyright or access restrictions regarding the use of this resource.
This resource will be of benefit to individuals who care for, use or would like to use genetically modified mouse models in their research.
