Ethics and the 3Rs


IACUCorner is a collection of articles devoted to topic-specific aspects of research of particular interest to IACUC or other Ethical Review Bodies members and staff.

Articles cover topics including Ethical Review Bodies considerations for animals used in different fields of research, the use of different species or obtained from non-traditional sources.

All of these articles have been peer-reviewed and published in the US Institute for Laboratory Animal Research Journal (ILAR Journal). Copyright is retained by the Institute for Laboratory Animal Research.

These resources will be of interest to members of Ethical Review Bommittees, laboratory animal researchers and others interested in the ethical issues surrounding the use of laboratory animals in research.
